DBCTX is partnering with ASL Faires TX to present Deaf and DeafBlind Weekend! All weekend long, ASL Faires TX will provide ASL Interpreters at select shows, and DBCTX will provide Co-Navigators for select periods of the day. During lunch, there will be a scheduled gathering for all participants - it's a DEAF INVASION!! Join Clan Armadillo for a weekend filled with costumes and festivities!
Come for a day, come for a night, or come for the weekend!
Rugged camping will be available with Clan Armadillo and our Deaf partner group, Clan Eyeth. Bring warm clothes and lots of blankets for the chilly nights. BYO Tent, sleeping bag, and any other necessities.

Tickets will be offered via the Texas Renaissance Festival's website with a GROUP DISCOUNT. They are $20 per adult, per day. You will need to follow the link below, scroll down to November 5th or November 6th ONLY, and select the number of tickets. A pop-up will appear asking for a code, which is ASL48

There is a separate charge for camping, $25 per PERSON, for the weekend. You can purchase a camping pass ahead of time on the website when you purchase a ticket.
Volunteers are needed - please register and select "volunteer" along with the dates you are available, and we will be in touch. Volunteers: Please do not purchase either tickets or camping passes until you have been contacted by DBCTX! Depending on your availability, you could be eligible for free admission and camping passes.
REGISTRATION ENDS FRIDAY, OCTOBER 21st FOR ACCESSIBILITY REQUESTS!! After that date, you will be responsible for your own co-navigator or other needs.
