DBCTX is led by a group of volunteers, we are not a paid staff. We rely on the support of our community! We are family members, individuals who are DeafBlind, and professionals who work in the community. We volunteer our time, donate our funds, and dream of what is possible because we all believe in the mission of DBCTX!
Individuals with varying degrees of hearing and vision loss known as DeafBlind have always dreamt of a safe, fun, barrier-free place where they could learn from each other and gain rich experiences. It is no longer a dream!
Our Mission
To empower people who are DeafBlind through equal opportunities to live full and productive lives, including full access to employment, technology, education, and socialization to reduce isolation.
